The Cuckoo's Nest, a new stand-out restaurant

The Radisson Blu Riverside Hotel, Gothenburg  will open on Monday 18th March. I will not stay over but I've already booked a lunch at their stand-out restaurant called "The Cuckoo's Nest", on their opening day. The Chef, French Philippe Louarn, is experienced and has cooked for Madonna and Bill Clinton to name only a few. The concept is pretty simple but original, one can eat whatever he wants whenever he wants, so if you feel like having a lunch at 10pm, it should be fine...
The environment, the design and the location seem perfect to have a great meal, I can't wait!
