I didn't know Camilla Skovgaard, a talented Danish shoe designer until recently. I really like her shoes even though I'm not sure I would be able to wear such high heels. I guess I'd like to have them in my room, exposed like Oeuvres d'art!

H&M Fashion Show at Paris Fashion Week HMAW13

You can here "Elle a les yeux revolver" or "Je t'aime moi non plus" at the piano before the show starts..I'm not in Paris but thanks to Livestream, anyone could see the great défilé of HMAW13 live.
You could see among other celebrities Anna Dello Russo in the front row. 
Black and white were the dominating colours, high knee high boots were everywhere and overall, H&M showed very beautiful and wearable garments that anyone would probably like to have in his closet.

Kastellgatan An outlet in Göteborg

In the corner of Plantagegatan and Nordhemsgatan, you will find a little store that opens every week, thursday to sunday (most of the time). It is a fabulous outlet where you can great bargains on Swedish or international brands like Swedish Hasbeens, Hunky Dory, Twist & Tango, Desigual, Acne Jeans etc...depending on which brand they sell that week. Be prepared to stay in queue if it is a famous brand. And in this case, you might also need to wake up early to be there at the opening at 7 am...
I get their newsletter which is THE best solution not to miss any sales you could be interested in. This week, they are selling bags and leather jackets.

Daily Members Update Shopping club

I heard about Members.com while reading a post on Trendenser.se. I subscribed to it and a few weeks later became a member. I get a newsletter everyday to remind me of the different sales they have on different famous brands. The sales usually last 4 days but sometimes up to 9 days. If you are lucky enough to get a sale on one of your favourite brands then I advise you to buy the item directly because it can get sold out very quickly. I bought some nice I dig Denim trousers to my son today but there were not many sizes left.. So my motto is, you like it, you buy it!

A documentary - Yves Saint Laurent : l'amour fou

Today, I watched a documentary from 2010 about YSL called "Yves Saint Laurent: l'amour fou", a perfect combination of fashion history, beautiful garments, relationships and art. It's interesting and reveals a side of YSL not everyone knows about. His life with his lover and partner Pierre Bergé was fascinating and to see how fast this 20 years old designer became famous is inspiring.

Glossybox and the boxes Galore

You may have heard about Glossybox which came to Sweden more than a year ago. You pay 417kr for 3 boxes, one for each month and get 5 different beauty products.
Well, in France, there are so many boxes to choose from, that it is becoming insane. To name a few, you can subscribe to Maman Poule or Sweet Baby Box if you are pregnant or just had a baby, La Thé Box if you like tea, My Nail Box if you like Nail Art, etc...There are so many boxes that I wonder how and when this trend will stop. But one thing I'm pretty sure about, is that Glossybox in Sweden has opened the market for many more concepts to come.
